Cleaning Your PC

Keeping your computer inside clean and free of dirt is important. A dirty computer can cause heat build up in your computers internal parts. Worst off it may have a static discharge and this is very harmful to your computers' components. A simple compressed air can can do the trick. Simply spray the can away from the inside of the PC to make sure there is no moisture flow. Keep the can upright. The can may freeze in cool temperatures like it did in my video, so it is important to do this in warm outdoors. You need to gently put your finger on all the fans to prevent them from spinning at a high rate of speed. You don't want the fans spinning unless you are wanting to replace them. DO NOT, I Say DO NOT Stick the straw or anything inside the Power Supply Unit. This Power Supply Unit is the box where you plug the power cable into the back of the computer. It is important for your safety that you don't play with this too much as you can get electrocuted. The power supply capacitor can hold a charge even if your computer is unplugged and may even kill you if you are not careful. Also, it is very important you discharge the motherboard and its components by pressing the power button for 5 to 15 seconds with everything unplugged before you go opening the inside cover. It is the most common mistake in an electric static discharge. Follow these simple rules and the video will keep you and your computer safe.
