Our Experience So Far with T-Mobile...

I am not satisfied. If I said that I am lying. LOL! I am very satisfied with, The Sales Representative, The over all customer service and support that was only needed once. Why not include the speed, reliable service, and content service reliability and speeds. From me being from "The Other Carrier," I have to say the same Android Phone as I had with the Other Guy, I noticed better quality phone with less bloatware. As an IT, I am very very very much in need of a phone and data speeds that can keep up with my business needs. I am here saying the good choice is switching to the "Un-Carrier," like I did. If it was 2 or 3 years ago, I would question my idea of switching, as cheaper and the claim we all had heard better, isn't always greener on that side. I sometimes rush the change and I am easily prosuaded. I am not regretting my switch. I am not looking back , but "The Other Carrier" is looking to prosuaded you in staying with them for the big money grab. I am an IT and owner of A Best PCS and we are 100% satisfied with T-Mobile from the in store experience, to the network, to customer service and sales, and over all experience.
